How we advocate
Many times customers need help with filling out paperwork, finding out which way to get their prescriptions at low cost or even just having us on a call to a government agency or the insurance carrier to help make sure that their needs are being addressed. our ADVOCACY Season: January thru September
During the busy season when we are doing annual reviews between October through December we have to put a stop on our advocacy calls and we will just give you the information to be able to place the calls yourself. We appreciate your patience during that time it is a hard decision to make this call, but we have to make sure that we take special care to do our reviews for our customers.
